Spring strawberry dessert An easy and refreshing dessert, with an amazing syrup, anthotyro cheese mousse and grated couverture. Extra delicious!

SPRING STRAWBERRY DESSERT

INGREDIENTS
  • 200 gr anthotyro cheese
  • 200 gr strained yogurt
  • 40 ml mavrodafni
  • 2 tblsp caster sugar
  • 1 tblsp grated couverture
  • 16 medium sized strawberries
  • 40 ml TOP Balsamic Vinegar with thyme honey
  • 1 tblsp brown sugar

EXECUTION

  1. Cut strawberries in 4 and place in bowl, adding TOP Balsamic Vinegar with thyme honey and brown sugar. Put in fridge for I hour.

  2. With a mixer, mix together cheese, yogurt, mavrodafni and caster sugar until you have a cream.

  3. Fill 4 cocktail glasses with the mousse, sprinkle with couverture and put marinated strawberries and their syrup on top.
