Baked lamb with TOP Balsamic Cream Mustard marinade An amazing recipe for spicy and flavory lamb with Horio feta cheese and rich TOP marinade!

BAKED LAMB WITH TOP BALSAMIC CREAM MUSTARD MARINADE

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 kg boneless lamb shanks
  • 2 sliced garlic cloves
  • 200 gr Horio feta cheese
  • 100 gr peeled carrots
  • 100 gr celery
  • 15 gr salt
  • 10 gr freshly ground black pepper
  • 10 gr oregano
  • parchment paper

MARINADE WITH TOP BALSAMIC CREAM MUSTARD

  • 250 ml Horio Mountain regions olive oil
  • 80 ml TOP Balsamic Cream Mustard

EXECUTION

  1. Preheat oven at 200 C.

  2. Slice small holes in meat and stuff them with garlic.

  3. Spread meat, spice it and put Horio feta cheese, carrots, celery in the middle.

  4. Place meat in a baking pan layered with parchment paper and drizzle with TOP Balsamic Cream Mustard marinade.

  5. Fold it and put it in the oven.

  6. After having baked it, add oregano and slice the lamb.

  7. We can warm rest of the marinade and drizzle meat with it.
