GRILLED BEEF STUFFED WITH GRAVIERA CHEESE AND TOP BALSAMIC CREAM WITH PLUM

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 kg beef approximately
  • 200 gr Horio Mature graviera cheese
  • 150 ml Horio Sustainable olive oil
  • 50 gr TOP Balsamic Cream with Plum
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 rosemary twig

EXECUTION

  1. Spread the meat (or ask butcher to do so) and spice it with salt and pepper.

  2. Slice graviera cheese in sticks and lay on meat lengthwise.

  3. Fold meat in roll and tie with spring so it won’t unroll.

  4. Put roll in a baking pan and add olive oil, TOP Balsamic Cream with Plum and garlic.

  5. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for 2 hours with its marinade.

  6. Drain meat and grill it.

  7. Keep some marinade and use it as a sauce when serving the roll.
