GRILLED STUFFED SQUID WITH TOP BALSAMIC CREAM BARBEQUE SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 large squid (approx 300 gr each)
  • 90 gr sliced red peppers
  • 90 gr sliced green peppers
  • 90 gr sliced tomatoes
  • 90 gr sliced onion
  • 120 gr kefalotyri cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

FOR THE SAUCE

  • 180 ml Horio Sustainable olive oil
  • 60 gr TOP Balsamic Cream Barbeque

EXECUTION

  1. Rinse squid and clean their insides. Rub with a lemon wedge. Stuff each squid with 15 gr red peppers, 15 gr green peppers, 15 gr onion, 15 gr tomato and 20 gr kefalotyri cheese. Hold the opening together with a toothpick, spice with salt and pepper and grill over medium heat.

  2. Mix sauce ingredients (Horio Sustainable olive oil and TOP Balsamic Cream Barbeque) in a bowl and warm lightly.

  3. Once squid is ready, serve with the sauce.
